Jesse Phillips is a rising star in Karting racing for Oliver Rowland Motorsport. Having won almost everything he has taken part in so far Jesse has a big year ahead as he has graduated to the IAME Cadet class and will race in all major series in the UK including the British Kart Championships, LGM Series and Ultimate Karting Championships.
